Meet Dwayne Bullard
Founder Dwayne Bullard brings 25 years of machining experience to his role as President/CEO of Bullard Machine. A native of Nashville, Dwayne grew up in Coffee County and received his training through coursework at vocational/technical schools, and through participation in an extensive apprentice program. After achieving Journeyman Machinist status, Dwayne developed his skills as a machinist and fabricator at several firms in Middle Tennessee.
Before launching the firm that bears his name, Dwayne served as Plant Manager at International Machine & Tool, where he helped the firm grow from a two-person operation to a thriving shop employing a 28-person staff. After extensive research, Bullard Machine was launched to respond to the growing demand in the marketplace for high-quality machining at an affordable price.
